Facilities and the gardens

There is plenty of parking space in the main courtyard as you can see from the photograph above of the front of the house.

On the lawn, there is a Badminton net, with rackets and a hard standing for skittles for the children. There are two Barbecues, ample outdoor seating and tables, with sunshades and a pergola. There are sunloungers for the sun worshippers.

Feel free to make use of the selection of bicycles to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside. These bicycles are the responsibility of the users.

The Pool
The pool is 11 metres x 5 metres, and is heated from April to the end of October, to a comfortable 27 degrees centigrade. It has a large shallow end for children to a depth of 1 metre, and a gradient down to a depth of 2 metres. There are steps at the deep end. It has lights in the pool and outside lights for evening at each corner of the enclosed area. The fencing is 1.2 metres high all around, with a double lock on the gate. It is fully serviced and only requires you to remove floating objects from the surface, with the net provided, as and when you feel it is necessary. 

The Games Room

In the Games room there is a Pool Table and a Darts Board and a selection of keep fit facilities There is also a library of Books, Videos and DVDs for your use.  A selection of Board Games are available.

The Sauna

Adjoining the Games Room is the Sauna. This is primarily utilised for Winter lettings, but we can make it available during the summer at a nominal extra cost if you ask us.
