The house is very spacious and fully equipped with everything you need for a restful holiday. Comfortable beds, luxury kitchen, plentiful sofas, satellite TV, DVD player, Video player with a selection of DVDs and Videos for your use, CD/Stereo, Dishwasher and Washing Machine. The house is totally yours for your stay but we are always just a phone call away if you need help or advice and are happy to help you arrange special trips or make reservations for you.

Having exclusive use of the whole house is ideal for family reunions, birthdays or anniversary celebrations, fishing, golf, cycling or walking groups, clubs and associations, corporate training and seminars etc.  Even for a wedding group.  The salon is large enough for informal seminars, yet can be made cosy for chilling in front of the fire with large sofas.

In the grounds, there is an 11m x 5m heated outdoor swimming pool. The depth is 2 metres maximum with a very shallow end, ideal for children, or toddlers with their parents. The pool is night lit as well for evening barbecues. The pool is cleaned regularly and is heated to a comfortable 27 degrees. Open from May until end of October and later in the year by special request. The pool area is fenced and conforms to the new safety regulations, ensuring peace of mind for parents and toddlers.

The kitchen is well equipped for fine cooking. Place settings for 15 are provided, with enough spare should you require. (There are plastic plates, bowls and mugs, together with plastic cutlery for children).

The bedrooms, are modern, all with hanging space, bedside lights/tables. There is one family room with a double bed, and cot. There are 3 more double rooms, 2 twin rooms and 3 single rooms. On each side of the house are two bathrooms each with WC, and two shower rooms each with WC. Travel cot and highchair.

The back of the house is a proper 'sun trap' and there are two large Barbecues in the garden on the terrace for 'al fresco' dining with plenty of outside tables and chairs, and parasols when it is very hot. There is also a pergola for extra shade.
